The persona that a person presents in public or in a particular environment is their appearance or personality. Developing personas enables us to recognise the needs, experiences, and behaviours of both ourselves and other people in our daily lives and at workplace.
The Management Department of the Lloyd Group of Institutions organised a Guest Lecture forBBA students on "Giving Wings to Drive Your Persona’’ The idea behind this lecture was to help students inculcate a unique expression in their attitude and communication skills. The Guest invited for the lecture was Mr. Anish Juneja, Sr. Sales Manager, Sony India Pvt. Ltd.
The programme started with MOC Khushi Srivastava's second-year student welcoming everyone and introducing the Lloyd Group of Institutions. Later the guest has started explaining about Persona and how it can relate with the personality. He has also emphasised how to overcome the fear of communicating, address an audience, and have better interactions with people.
The session was very interactive by sharing his own experience to understand the students of importance of persona. He also shed light on how to overcome our shortcomings in a student’s life. Overall, the session was very educational and fruitful, followed by a quick Q&A session.
The session ended with a vote of thanks delivered by the respected HOD and management department head, Dr. Shilpi Sarna, and with the felicitation of volunteers from the second year of PARICHAY EVENT.
